From Westchester:
Go over the Tappan Zee Bridge; Take Exit 12 on Thruway; Follow signs to Route 303 North about 2 miles; You will pass the traffic light at Lake Road in Valley Cottage, the A&P Supermarket on your left and the Animal Hospital on your right; On your left you will see a sign Clarkstown Executive Park; Make a left onto Executive Blvd.; 706 is the second building on your right; entrance (suite F) is around the left corner of the Adult Treatment and Recovery offices

From Northern New York or Western Rockland County:
or the Garden State Parkway:
Take Thruway to Exit 12 and follow signs to 303 North. Then follow above instructions.

From Eastern New Jersey or Orangetown:
Take Route 303 North to Executive Boulevard. then follow above instructions.

From Haverstraw:
Take 9W South to Route 303. Pass light at Congers Lake Road; about one half mile south on your right is the entrance to Clarkstown Executive Park; see above.
