Hours:  Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
Program:  Transportation

Responsibilities:   Transport consumers to and from programs and various locations as directed.   Duties include but are not limited to:  monitor consumers while in transit; maintain attendance, maintenance and mileage logs;  and perform ongoing maintenance checks.  Assist in serving of meals and light cleaning.

Requirements:   Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or C with a P endorsement and 19A certification preferred (training available), and no N restrictions. Must comply with all OMH, other licensing entities, agency insurance company and 19A regulations regarding background checks and recertification’s. Minimal vehicle maintenance skills also required. Experience with diverse populations recovering from mental illness and chemical addiction preferred.
