Part-time 20 hours/week
Program: Human Resources
Responsibilities: Perform secretarial and clerical duties in HR. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: reviewing resumes, placing advertisements, scheduling interviews, answering phones, assisting with the newsletter, filing, entering data in Excel and HR Ultipro software, assisting with staff events, and coordinating interviews. Handles confidential files, assembles and compiles HR documents and pays bills. Meets and greets visitors, uses appropriate equipment to perform job functions, (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax, scanner, etc.)
Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent plus 6 months office, clerical or business experience. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database management and creation preferred. Knowledge of Publisher preferred. Previous experience in Human Resources a plus. Experience working with a diverse population preferred. Experience working with adults with mental illness a plus. Valid driver’s license.
