Residential Services Our Residential Services provide supportive, supervised, and supported housing at various locations for persons recovering from mental illnesses. They are the: Joseph R. Bernstein House, Jeannette Bernstein Supportive and Intensive Supportive Apartments, Cornell Residence and Nanuet House. The VIP and Nanuet Houses provide, respectively, special residential environments for visually, physically impaired and the deaf.
