For Family and Friends: Survivors of Suicide (SOS) Group

If you or someone you know has lost a loved one to suicide, you are welcome to call and see if this group can be of assistance.

Losing someone to suicide is unlike any other loss and for many people seeking group support, a dedicated program is much more comfortable than a general bereavement group.

The SOS group is led by a mental health professional experienced in helping people heal from traumatic experiences.

The group meets at MHA in Room 132 on the first Wednesday of the month from 7 to 8:15 pm. For your convenience, please park on the right side of the building and enter through the PROS entrance, Suite I.

Fee

There is no fee.
